DIRECTIONS TO USE:

inhale as deep as you can. Use as often
as needed. Take a 3 day break after
every 5 days use

𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬 – Apply 3 to 5 drops in the belly button and let is absorb. Alternatively you can apply about 10 drops to your chest or under feet and RUB in.
